Upon successful registration, please send a cheque made payable to "Hong Kong Computer Society" to: Unit 1801, 18/F., Tai Tung Building, No. 8, Fleming Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Confirmation of registration will be sent by fax or email. All registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Limited seats are available; the Organizer reserves the right to give first priority to HKCS members and to select the final delegates. The scheduled itinerary of the Conference is fixed. NO CHANGE OR REFUND IS ALLOWED.

Travel and Visa Arrangement:
Participants need to make travel arrangement by themselves. Flight schedule is provided for your easy reference.

Travel Insurance:
Please make your own insurance arrangement in accordance with your concern and needs.

Hotel Booking:
The Shangri-La Hotel, Zhongshan (中山香格里拉大酒� has been selected as the official hotel. A special rate at RMB570 per room will be offered to delegates. Please indicate in the attached Registration Form for booking.

What to Wear:
Business casual is appropriate for the seminar.
